Semi-automatic unwind station type TVK
The unwind station type TVK can be used where blanks/sheets for the narrow belt production needs to be cut to length efficiently.
The feeding system pushes the material to the needed length, so that it afterwards only need to be precisely positioned and cut.
The cutting machine is freely selectable (type WSQ, HTBP or SGW). The permanent going forward and backward, when longer sheets/blanks should be cut, is no longer necessary.
- Unwinding with various systems possible:
– with square shaft 32/32 mm.
– with pneumatically expandable unwind shaft for cores with ø75 mm. - Mechanical unwind brake (braking effect adjustable).
- Partial feeding type TV through the cutting machine.
- Material handling through coated feeding roller.
- Approximately feeding length is adjustable (time-controlled).
- Precise positioning of the length through the operator.
- For rolls with grain outside or inside.
Options:
- Pneumatically expandable unwind shaft for cores with ø75 mm.
L with operation side on the left. R with operation side on the right. Left/right refers to the direction on which the belt is pulled off.
- Guide bar with stop (2 m long) and scale for measuring the length of the material to be cut.
- Extension to guide bar (pieces of 2 m).
- Angular adjustments with locking pin
Locking pin prepared for 67° and 90° (others on request). - Pneumatically expandable unwind shaft for cores with ø75 mm.
