Belt slitter type BTB-272

The belt slitter type BTB-272 is for a precise and fast slitting of belts.

The machine is able to slit short belts as well as very long belts, since it can be equipped with an automatic belt guiding system.

Maximum working width 310 mm, 610 mm.
Mechanical knife holder type KK as well as fixed knife sets.
For wave cut and straight cut.
Fast change between different cutting widths.
Cutting pressure pneumatically adjustable.
Cutting cylinder axially movable.
Number of cuts
Type BTB-272/310: up to approx. 20 cuts (depending on the material)
Type BTB-272/610: up to approx. 12 cuts (depending on the material) over the full width or up to approx. 20 cuts within 300 mm from the chassis
Short belt stretcher (ø45 mm) with hand-operated belt guiding for belts of 600 … approx. 1800 mm). Including hand wheel for precise adjustment of belt position.
Horizontal belt stretcher with automatic belt guiding system for long belts including guiding for belts up to 6 m (can be extended on request).
Minimum belt length 1400 mm.
Fixed speed approx. 0.6 m/sec (optionally with two-speed drive 0.6 and 1.2 m/sec).

Mechanical knife holder type KK-15-F for belts of 15 mm width and type KK-25-F for belts of 25 mm width.
Knife holders individually adjustable (positioning by hand lever).
Built-in scale on the machine.
Common pneumatic adjustment of the knives.
For wave cut and straight cut.
