Continuously working tape applicator for the automatic application of tapes on the joints when producing endless narrow/wide abrasive belts.

Thanks to the tape applicator type FAS, the tape will be automatically glued, dried and applied to the lap end. The process can be finished with a flush-cut.

• For tape widths up to 25 mm.

• The tape is automatically applied on the lap end after the lap is glued and dried to guarantee an immediate adhesion.
• The cutting angle is adjustable, so that all common joint angles can be prepared.
• The tape can be cut flush with the belt edge or in order to facilitate the positioning in the press a piece of the tape may protrude.
• The machine works with a fixed speed to allow a time-controlled cut.
