The packing table type PTZ facilitates the rewinding of flexible and coated endless abrasive belts
After rewinding, the roll can be efficiently packed on the large working surface.
- For belt widths up to 150 mm.
Optional: Winding shaft adjustable in height 50 … 350 mm (depending on the material width). - Adjustable center distance 45 … 240 mm.
- Winding drive 60 min-1.
- Time lag of the winding drive (slow start of the rewinding).
- Roll holder for packaging material mounted on the table.
- Dimensions (WxHxD) approx. 1200 x 1250 x 1200 mm.
Options:
- Winding shaft adjustable in height 50 … 350 mm (depending on the material width).
- The rewinding starts by pushing the foot pedal and stops by releasing the pedal.
- Clockwise rotation.
- Emergency button to stop the machine.
- Torque control through flat drive belt.
