Punching machine type SSZ

We have a recently produced punching machine type SSZ in stock that will be ready for delivery within a very short time.

The punching machine is a simple machine for punching discs and sheets. Because of its punching tool with shear cut technology, all common materials can be punched in a perfect quality.

Discs of ø90 … 300 mm.

Punching tools are exchangeable.
Discs/sheets with or without center hole as well as with or without suction holes.

Pneumatic pulling device type V,
with adjustable range of 80 … 310 mm (for scrap web).
Pneumatic preselecting counter type PZ (optional), to stop the machine after the pre-selected number of cuts is reached.
Machine color green RAL 6011.
Compressed air of 6 bar.

For discs of ø90 … 300 mm and for sheets up to 280 mm cutting width.
The discs can be produced with or without center hole as well as with or without suction holes. The sheets can also be produced with or without suction holes.

For rolls up to ø600 mm (passage width 320 mm).
Non-rotating unwind bar with two adjustable collars for guiding the roll.
Guide bar with movable stop for easy feeding.

The punching machine works with shear cut punching tools. We can design them individually and depending on the punching pattern combine several patterns in one die.
