Shear cut cutting machine type HTB

The shear cut cutting machine type HTB is a simple machine for cutting to length sheets/blanks when producing flexible and coated abrasive belts. The cut-to-length machine is also as pneumatic version type HTBP with pneumatic cutting available.

The cut-to-length machine works with a dished knife that pushes against a "throw-away" blade. Due to its shear cut system, a very precise cut will be achieved (only straight cut possible).

Maximum cutting length 500 mm.
Manual cutting or optionally with pneumatic cutting.

Cutting angle adjustable between 90° and 45°.
Machine can be turned on its pedestal.

Pneumatic cutting.
Compressed air of 6 bar.
Can be combined with automatic unwind stations with partial feeding.
