Belt slitters
Machines, designed for slitting short and long abrasive belts.
Thanks to the optionally available automatic belt guiding system or knife guiding system, the belts can be slit efficiently and with the highest quality.
By the use of single knife holders as well as fixed knife sets, all common belt widths and material qualities can be produced.
The product range will be completed by a wide belt slitting machine.
Belt slitter type BTK-248
- Maximum working width up to 360 mm.
- Mechanical knife system type KK as well as fixed knife sets.
- Automatic knife guiding system based on belt edge detection.
- Wave cut function.
- Belt length:
310 … approx. 1800 mm with short belt stretcher.
Belt slitter type BTB-262
- Maximum working width 310 mm, 460 mm, 610 mm
- Mechanical knife system type KK as well as fixed knife sets

1200 … 6000 mm with horizontal belt stretcher - Number of cuts:
Type BTB-262/310: for up to approx. 12 cuts (depending on the material)
Type BTB-262/460: for up to approx. 9 cuts (depending on the material) over the full width or up to approx. 12 cuts within 300 mm from the chassis
Type BTB-262/610: for up to approx. 6 cuts (depending on the material) over the full width or up to approx. 12 cuts within 300 mm from the chassis
