Discs/Sheets
Efficient cutting of sheets directly from jumbo rolls thanks to our different sheet cutters with several options and extras. As an alternative, we also offer smaller machines for the use of rest rolls.
For the disc production we offer two machines, which are perfectly suited for the production of large discs.
Punching machine type SSZ
- For rolls up to ø600 mm
- For discs of ø90 … 300 mm and sheets up to 280 mm
- Shear cut punching tools
- Discs/sheets with or without center hole as well as with or without suction holes
Punching machine type SSQ for narrow rolls
- Maximum disc diameter up to 225 mm
- Crush cut system
- Disc production directly from the roll
- For all kinds of punching designs
Sheet cutter type BSC for jumbo rolls
- Sheet sizes 230 x 280 mm or 9 x 11″ (selectable)
- Unwinding for rolls up to ø750 mm or ø1250 mm
- For up to 2 cuts per second
(theoretical performance up to 40’000 sheets per hour – depending on material)
Disc cutter type DCR for large discs
- Maximum disc diameter 600 mm or 1200 mm
- Minimum disc diameter approx. 150 mm
- Disc production directly from the roll
- For discs without center hole
Manual disc cutter type DCZ
- Maximum disc diameter 1200 mm
- Minimum disc diameter 100 mm
- Disc production from pre-cut pieces
- For discs without center hole
