Flexer
Highly efficient flexing of narrow rolls and jumbo rolls. Thanks to the large number of different available flex bars (spiral, round grooved or non-grooved), the abrasive material will be perfectly flexed diagonally, longitudinally as well as in cross direction and a constant flexibility of different materials can be reached (download flyer for flex bars).

- Built-in spiral flex bars and round grooved flex bars of your choice for perfectly flexed materials (diagonally and longitudinally). Cross direction flex optionally with knife flex.
Flexing machine type FCK for narrow rolls
- Roll width up to 400 mm and rolls up to ø1000 mm
- Single-sided unwinding shaft and winding shaft
- Space-saving layout
- Built-in spiral flex bars and round grooved flex bars of your choice for perfectly flexed materials (diagonally and longitudinally). Cross direction flex optionally with knife flex.
