Unwind stations
Unwind stations are used when rolls have to be prepared and no unwind station is integrated in the machine.
Easy roll handling with mechanical, semi-automatic or shaftless unwind stations with options like automatic brake control or automatic edge guiding system.
Mechanical unwind station type AOH
- For roll widths up to 310 mm and 610 mm
- Roll diameter up to 600 mm
- Unwinding for rolls with grain outside or inside
- Special versions on request
Unwind station type 363
- Roll width of 1650 / 1850 / 2050 mm.
- Maximum roll diameter of 750 mm.
- Many options available like several unwind shafts, shaft supports (bearing), drive/feeding.
Semi-automatic unwind station type TVK
- Maximum roll width 310 mm.
- For rolls with grain outside or inside.
- Partial feeding type TV through the cutting machine.
